| Introduction | I am a triathlete living and training in TO. I started tris in 2003 with my first tri-a-try. I had no idea what I was doing (I have a figure skating and dancing background), and borrowed my brother's mountain bike with the seat way too low for me but I was hooked. I completed my first IM in 2007 in Lake Placid. I am now a 13 time Ironman finisher (IMLP 07 & 08, IMC 09 & 10, IM Coz 09 & 10, IM France 2011, IMNY 2012, and IMMT 2013, IMC and IM Arizona 2014, IM Muskoka 2015, and IMMT 2016) and two time Age group world team member (Lausanne 06, Vancouver 08) looking to get faster and improve my results. I am also a full-time Respiratory Therapist working at two Toronto hospitals so I somehow have to juggle shift work and training. I am having a blast though and am loving every minute of it! |
