| Introduction | I live in southwest Portland, Oregon. It's a beautiful area with woods, trees, and protected areas. It's also very hilly, which is a challenge for me as a middle-aged cyclist. I am married, and have two grown children, one of whom has disabilities. My training is in dietetics - I am a registered dietitian - but my work is very diverse. I work primarily with nonprofit organizations in a variety of ways. What they have in common is the goal of creating quality lives for people with disabilities, their families, and the communities in which they live. |
