Introduction	I'm a 32 year old mother of two. My oldest daughter is 12 and my youngest is 7. I've been married for 13 years and struggled for the past 10 years to find an answer to what haunts my oldest child. I have changed the names of my family members in this blog to protect my daughter. I hope that this story of our journey can help other parents out there who may be searching for answers of their own. If nothing else, to feel like they are not alone. I welcome comments and opinions but please be constructive if you have criticism. I am not a parent who thinks it will be easier for me if I put my kid on some medicine to make her be good. I have struggled for almost her entire life to find something that will help her and there is something much much deeper here than anything that can be parented away. I take care of other children for a living and I know what normal bad behavior looks like.
