| Introduction | Maybe its because I've lived in France for 5 years and seen the extremes of serivce - from the young waiter in Tours who could tell me the names of all 100 cheeses on offer to the abject apathy that is best desribed by the gaelic shrug - but I'm pationate about service. When its good I want to shout about it - when its bad I like to rant. These pages are a collection of the good and bad - they serve as a way of recording stories for me so that I can use them with companies I work with and if there are any readers out there they hopefully will give you some ideas on how to be amazing as well as some things to avoid. Lets hope that the good outweight the bad but my hopes are not high! |
