| Introduction | I am growing more confident since the implant of the VNS device. Creativity has blossomed. On Jan. 25, 2010 I went off all medications, antidepressants and thyroid, and cholesterol medications. Since Oct 31, 2011 I have gone back on antidepressants and have a lingering anxiety and depression. Since Jan. 2009 I have lost about 82 pounds. I am happier, more in touch with God, and more creative as an artist. It all comes from looking within. Please leave comments if you so desire, I need to learn from readers as well! |

Sponges and tongues are frequently misspelled. Is it because both are thirsty?
