| Introduction | When I was a senior at Gainesville High School in 1969, one of my teachers suggested I would make a fine adult someday if I would give up my passion for writing sports. That was 41 years ago. I'm not sure I've ever made it to fine adult status but I still write sports. |
| Interests | The Gators ... as if there is another team that actually matters. Also, jazz concerts, Crescent Beach, golf even if I do play poorly, traveling almost anywhere a passport is required and seeing if what I grill over an open flame is actually edible. |
