| Introduction | I am a California girl. I never traveled further east than Phoenix until I was 25 years old and flew to see my old Oxy roomie who lived in Rye, NY on my way to a work conference with CPSC in Washington DC. A year before I married, I taught school for a year in Afghanistan. When my husband, Doug, transferred to Chicago for his job in Christian Medical Society I moved from California permanently. Now I teach EFL in Rwanda 3 months each year where I buy fabric to sew into items in order to earn money for my return trip to Rwanda! |
