| Introduction | I am a yogini momma, and have spent the last three years living in Madrid, Spain with my Spanish/British family. I started this blog to chart the progress of my personal yoga odessey. I took my first yoga class as an adult eleven years ago during a period of intense stress in my job and have never looked back. I could even say that it saved my sanity and has certainly made me a more mindful, considerate and peaceful individual. As I have grown from a beginner student to a more experienced practitioner, I have learned that the more I learn, yet more there is to discover and that the journey I am on will never reach its destination. A good thing! So, this blog will journal my thoughts on my yoga day, snippets of info I come across about yoga and staying healthy, plus a few random posts on the pot-pourri of experiences that life sometimes throws in my way..... :-) |
