| Introduction | I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease via biopsy in July of 2005. After nearly starving for a few months while I learned what I could and couldn't eat, I have since found lots of great recipes and products. These days I'm anything but starving and that's the way I like it. My goal is to find products and recipes that are as good as the gluten original or better. This is what I've found so far! |
