| Introduction | I'm a new professor in an engineering/science field. I am a theorist, but not because I don't like to tinker around with things in the "real world"! I guess I need some nicknames here: if I'm the "Tinkering Theorist", my ex-husband should be "Tinkering Experimentalist" (TE). Our kid I nicknamed little poker (LP) here because he liked to poke at things (rather than really being able to tinker). I have an "even littler poker" (ELP) too. Also have a new partner, BB. |
