Introduction The thing with unhealthy relationships is that it shames you and isolates you. In theory, most people know what a good relationship is. But when you're not in one, then you're further removed from where you'd like to be, and where you should be. So you crawl deeper into the hole which is your unhealthy relationship and your unhealthy self.
