Introduction Pastor Emeritus of NCF. Urban and Mercy movement leader for Mission to North America (PCA), Coordinator of the New City Network. Member of CCDA, Tennessee Valley Presbytery. By the way, the photo I have used in my profile could be titled, "Randy contemplating the bust of Chalmers." This is in the Royal Museum of Scotland. My background is inner city, urban, having grown up in the projects of Newark, NJ and ministered in inner city areas of Watts and Compton, Wellston and Central West End of ST Louis, and pastored an urban church in Chattanooga focused on the African American and inner city community. I am a retired Chaplain (COL) with 32 years in the Army Reserve. Married with four grown children.
