| Introduction | Married to a beautiful Wife (Heather), father to a chubby and very cute baby (Rhys, 5 months old), two crazy dogs and an aloof (but occasionally affectionate cat). I've been running for almost 20 years now. Thankfully I don't have the banged up knees that normally go with that much running. I used to eat to run, now I run to eat. The trails / mountains are where I find balance and sanity, but the roads are where I like to feel fast. |
