| Introduction | Harbors of Hope is the bereavement services team for Beacon Hospice. We are a dedicated group of professionals providing caring, compassionate, non-judgemental support to people who are grieving. We offer a variety of support groups in the community, education, services of remembrance and limited one-to-one support to the community. You need not have been on hospice to receive our services.
