| Introduction | WE COOKINʻ: ECLECTIC VINCY CUISINE created in 2010, as a weekly culinary arts program. The primary goals and purpose of the program, is to promote the use of local island fisheries and produce of the Caribbean. While featuring the talents of the various culinary artists of these nations, whether professional chefs or every day people who love to create meals using the local sustenance of these islands. The program was first featured in October 2010 on IKTV and SVG TV both a cable and local television in the Caribbean nation of St. Vincent & the Grenadines. By 2012, WE COOKINʻ aired throughout the Caribbean, on CARIBVISION, & TEMPO, Networks which carried WE COOKINʻ on some cable stations in Canada the U.S., and U,K. From 2010 to 2016 6 Seasons of WE COOKINʻ , (13 Episodes) were produced and aired on these stations.
