Introduction	Every thing big starts with an idea.So Rihmeeny(RemRem_bby) and I (Meghan Soleil/Sara Soleil)were chatting through Yahoo Messenger and I decided we needed something to call ourselves. We needed something to define us as the true best friends we are. I said that we both knew everything first among our peers gossip-wise because we read blogs non-stop throughout the day. That was our base. Now all we needed was a name. Something you wouldn't normally hear. So we both agreed to the OCC. It's catchy and it actually stands for something real. But we're nice bloggers. We don't bite. Unless of course you want us to. Ow!! ;)
