Introduction I grew up in Spring Valley, which is a city located East of San Diego, California. I have been an Army/Guardsman wife for over ten years. We have had the opportunity to live in Germany, Alabama, Hawaii, Kansas, and now back home in California. I received my associate degree as a Dietetic Technician in 2003. I passed my registration exam in May of 2003. I worked for a little under a year at Flower's Hospital in Dothan, Alabama. Since I became a mom, and found less time to hit the gym, I learned about the at-home fitness programs, and I have lost 10 pounds with doing Focus T-25, clean eating, and drinking Shakeology, as well as doing challenge groups and my true passion and joy is meeting people and learning about their experiences in life, and helping them achieve and support their health and fitness goals. I want people to commit and succeed in their fitness goals and dreams, just as I did! I am also involved in my faith and the church we belong to, and I cherish my time with my husband, our children, friends, and family. I am all about being spontaneous when making plans, just like my husband! I also love traveling to new places.
Interests Spending time with my husband, family, friends, scrapbooking, (when I have the time)reading on the latest news related to health and nutrition, jogging with my doggy, and traveling.
Favorite Music All kinds, from gospel, to pop, to techno....I like it all!
Favorite Books The Bible, I can apply it to my daily life. There are words of encouragement throughout all situations that may happen in life. It's a way to draw close to the Lord too, which is the most important thing....

Which is more important to you and why: flexibility or expandability?

Flexibility.
