| Introduction | 41 year old who started running just over 4 years ago. i wanted to escape the excesses of a too active a social life that involved copious smoking and drinking. Have become a running zealot but very lazily, I don't follow plans, can't be bothered to stretch, my diet is poor and have been known to rehydrate with lager. My best half marathon is 1hr 18 and I did my first marathon in 2010 in 2hr 59, this year I am running London and hoping to go 2hr 49 mins 59 secs or better. |
