Introduction	This is a writer’s blog not a blogger’s blog - and I hope there is a difference. I write because it’s an integral part of who I am – a writer. My core writing is about motivation, fulfilment and happiness. This includes fitness, family, love, environment, motherhood, friendship and more.
Interests	Writing, publishing, books, marketing and publicity. I love Australia and Africa and have a collection of elephants.
Favorite movies	A Time to Kill, Mama Mia, The Notebook and most chick flicks. I love a good cry and a good laugh.
Favorite music	Matchbox 20 (Rob Thomas rocks), Aussie music (James Reyne, Eskimo Joe etc.)anything funky and fun. I love that song 'Smile' by Uncle Kracker. Sweet Home Alabama is my favourite all-time song.
Favorite books	A Man Cannot Cry, Whisper from the Gods anything by Jennifer Bacia and Di Morrissey. I love a good cry with a Nicholas Sparks novel.
