I am an historian of eighteenth-century British Parliamentary politics and their representation in caricature. I am currently studying for a PGCE (Secondary) History at the University of Wales, Trinity St. Davids. I gained my BA and MA from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth and my PhD. from the University of Notingham under the supervision of Dr. Richard A. Gaunt and Dr. Sheryllynne Haggerty. My Doctoral Thesis was entitled 'The Politician in Caricature: The Case of Charles James Fox' and was examined by Professor H.T. Dickinson (Emeritus Professor of British Hustory - University of Edinburgh) and Professor Fintan Cullen (Professor of Art History - University of Nottingham). |
