Introduction	Hook laden Rock laced Pop Music nailed to rousing choruses with a rather addictive sing a long sensibility. Mugshot deliver a fresh twist to the South African music scene. And rightly so. In a time when a lot of popular music is instantly forgetable and disposable mugshot stand tall in their uniqueness. Their music is a combination of great musicianship and thoughtfull melodic songwriting with more hooks than a fishermans tackle box! Mugshot incorporate a great free flow sensibility to their shows with an unmissable energy and musicianship. With all of this and the uncanny ability to pen tight, catchy tunes mugshot are most definitely on the cusp of something grand! Look out for the beautifull "My Left Foot", the groove saturated pop master piece "Oh Carol" (recently featured in SL Magazine's April 2009 issue) and the effervescent pop single "Days that Melt Away" for evidence that Mugshot are no slouches for great tunes. The band have wrapped up the recording of their debut album, “Sixes & Sevens”, with JP De Stefano (Sugardrive, Wonderboom, aKing, Fokofpolisiekar).
