| Introduction | I have spent most of the last 10 years working with youth and young adults. A huge part of what I teach is based on my past mistakes. Not only have I hit rock bottom on more than one occassion, but for a while, I lived there. It reached a point where I made myself stay there because I thought that's all my life would be. Today, I am not exactly where I want to be, but I am in a much better place than I ever would have believed was possible. I am a parent, writer, motivational speaker, and pastor. I use my past mistakes and experiences to teach others, so they don't have to go through the same things I did, and to relate to those who find themselves in the same struggles and feel like no one can possibly understand. I hope to use this blog for the same purpose, but also to entertain and to give you a glimpse into the things that go on in this brain of mine.
