| Introduction | I am currently taking a break from corporate America (permanently if that's possible) so that I can find myself as well as a more fulfilling career. I fill my days with a lot of cooking and exploring the city by foot. Because I spend most of my days in the comfort of our home and free from the cubicle life, this cuts out face to face contact with many people. So, this blog is my line of communication to the outside world. To avoid answering the same questions of what I'm doing with my time off, this blog allows me to share with all my friends and family from all over the world what's happening. I do the writing and cooking for this blog, my boyfriend Eirik is the photographer and technical support. |
