| Introduction | My first Yoga teacher was Ruth Bender. After that was Mary Dunn.While I was with Mary, I also became interested in Ashtanga Yoga. I went on to take the teacher training with Beryl Bender Birch & Thom Birch. In January of 2010, I had my first class with Kofi Busia. Now, I go to study with him whenever I can! I love to teach and I only hope that I can intelligently share both what I have learned and experienced. Namaste' |
