Introduction	I'm a busy mother with a full time job, and active social life. I love my family and friends, and most of all FOOD! Eating is one of my favorite things to do. Everything I do is surrounded by food. It's finding a way to enjoy those foods that I love but enjoying them in moderation. Ive realized that so many people find this a struggle as I sometimes still do. And that my friends, is why I've created this.
