| Introduction | I have Spastic Parapeligia. I use a cane and rolling walker and shuffle through life. I was drinking while caring for my folks and dealing with my legs. Now I don't. Drinking with Spastic Parapeligia isn't a good idea. I took some bad falls. I can fall sober. I don't miss drinking since I've found things that make me happy. I go to the gym everyday and try to write more, read more, and blog. I keep busy. I'm an American Scot. I have family in Scotland and England and have been there three times. Not sure if I can go again do to my disability. So, I read about Britian and watch British movies when ever I can. There's something else that makes me happy, movies. |
