| Introduction | The Myers family have been serving in PNG since June of 2001. We live on the hospital compound at Kudjip. Jeff is serving as the Field Church Development coordinator, which involves working with and encouraging our National church leadership. Susan is a pediatrician and works at the hospital caring for patients on the pediatric ward and in the emergency room and outpatient clinic. Jessica and Ethan are students at Mount Vernon Nazarene University. Our current missionary term on the field will run from Nov 2016 thru Aug. 2018 followed by our HA from Sept. - Dec. 2018. | Favorite movies | We like movies that make us laugh. ie. "Snow Dogs", "Santa Clause Movies"w/Tim Allen, "Rocket Man" & the "Night at the Museum" movies. In the adventure category, Jeff and the kids like "Sahara." Some of the other family favorites include the Marvel super hero movies & "National Treasure." These are some of our favorites. |
| Favorite music | We like a lot of music but some of our favorite Christian artists are; Newsboys, Steven Curtis Chapman, Point of Grace, Brian Duncan & Mandisa. Jessica likes Plumb, and Ethan, Lecrae |
| Favorite books | Jessica, Ethan and Jeff are the big readers of the family, Susan reads for pleasure when she has a chance otherwise she reads material to help her with her doctoring. Some of our favorite authors are; Louis Lamour, Clive Cussler,Terri Blackstock, Dee Henderson, Karen Kingsbury. |
