Introduction	Hello Friends! My name is AJ (or Amanda Joy if you prefer). I am a soon-to-be 21 year old, who just happens to have landed the opportunity of a lifetime by means of an internship/study abroad program for the summer in the UK. I make no claims of intending to enlighten anyone with profound pieces of insight, nor do I have the expectation that this Blog will be life-altering. Just after much encouragement from friends and family, I felt it wise to have a place of serenity to come and share my thoughts about the incredible journey I will soon find myself on and hopefully get to share this amazing adventure with all of you! It's sure to be a wild ride, and seeing as I have a tendency to well, um...always keep things interesting shall we say?, you are not going to want to miss out!
