| Introduction | In August of 2010, I decided a change needed to be made. My weight kept climbing and I just felt lousy all around. I started reading and researching what I should be eating and was amazed with how much better we all felt just by cutting out processed foods!! I'm not perfect and sometimes I just want some chocolate covered cinnamon bears, no matter how bad they are for me! However, when I look at how far I've come, I'm amazed at the changes in me and in my little family. I have a wonderful husband and 3 beautiful children. |
