| Introduction | I am William's mother and Joe's wife. Somehow, I find myself living in Martinsburg, West Virginia. But I ain't really from around these parts... I'm a magazine journalist currently specialising in women's health. I blog for fun and to chronicle our little journey together. My child is more precious to me than anyone could ever understand. I realise all mothers say this but humor me by allowing me to think I am somehow different. The only thing I would change about my life if I could would be to slow it down. The speed of time passing scares the daylights out of me. I love Bruce Springsteen, Starbucks and Sephora. (No, you don't understand, I *really* love Bruce Springsteen). I like summer and baseball. I'm not so crazy about winter or football. I love guacamole and chips. They don't love me back. I strive to be the kind of person who *needs* to go to the gym everyday. So far, that ain't working out so great. I am a newly minted Catholic loving exploring my faith. If I could, I would move the entire continent of Australia about 10,000 miles closer to here. There are lots of people I love in Australia. |
