IntroductionPhil Charron has consulted with Fortune 1000 companies since 1995 in Experience Design, Instructional Design and Technology.

He has led the design of countless digital and live interactions for a range of industries. He introduced one of the first media-based learning simulations to the training industry and developed specifications for one of the first internet-based learning simulation platforms.

His projects have won several awards, including the Brandon Hall awards, New Media Invision Awards, the New York Festivals, HR Executive’s Top 10 Products, and the 48-hour Film Festival.

Phil is currently VP, Experience Design for Think Brownstone and is also an Adjunct Faculty member for Philadelphia University’s Masters of Interactive Design and Media Program.
