| Introduction | I like music, and I like to sing. I love being in the middle of absolute nowhere at night because that's when the stars are at their best. I collect quotes and keep them in a hardcover journal that I intend to someday use as a coffee table book. When I was in grade school my teacher asked the class if we could be one age for the rest of our lives, how old would we be? I said four. I love the sky in the fall, and when the outermost leaves on a tree change color first. I am convinced that two of the best things in this life are good wine and good conversation. If they should occur together, all the better. I believe that everyone should get caught in a downpour at least once. I think sunsets over the ocean with clouds are among the most dazzling spectacles in the world. I know that the best sleeps come after long heartfelt cries have known resolution. There is no such thing as coincidence. String theory is cool. I love the smell of nature after rain, and I think it's so neat how scent is the sense most strongly tied to memory. One of my life goals is to go crocodile hunting in Australia, it’s all about the single tooth around the neck. I think accountability is very important. |
