| Introduction | Chocolate chip pancakes mean that Mick and I are both home on a Saturday morning and that we have carved out time for a leisurely breakfast together. Mick is the master of the pancakes while I make the coffee and anything else we fancy to go along with them. It is our dream that soon we will be eating pancakes on a Saturday morning with our son.
