Introduction	I live with my three children, 24, 16, & 11 & my husband in inner city London. I'm 50 this year & I see growing old as a real privilege & blessing. As well as celebrating life, I am deeply passionate about people. I truly believe that people matter, really matter & that every individual has the right to live free from oppression & harm inflicted by others. I have a deep sense that my soul’s purpose is to change the world – for the better. How do you change the world? – one thought at a time! After 25 years in local government I have taken the plunge & have set up my own company, Leaders to Follow Ltd. I work with ambitious, heart centered women in their late 30s to mid 50s who are committed achieving their true potential. Tycoon Women’ I use a system called ‘What Works For You’ which take cutting edge, modern marketing & successful business techniques & fuses them with the unique learning style & way of working of the individual I am certified coach, NLP practitioner, mentor & trainer, an interfaith minister & spiritual counsellor. I would like my legacy to the world to be that I did infinitely more good than I did harm & touched many, many hearts & souls with peace & love
