Introduction	I started to cook when I was living at home with my mom when I was about 15 years old. My mom being a single mom didn't really have much time to make home cooked meals for us and when she did they were just awful! So I took it upon myself to give her a break and take up the art of cooking. Sadly for a while I had my mother's "talent" however through much determination I taught myself how to cook. Here are some of the recipes I've learned along the way and tested out. Trust me if I can pull them off anyone can, even my mother!
