You've just inherited a manufacturing plant that specializes in plastics. What are you going to make?
I would make a large island made entirely of recycled plastic, which I would then launch into international waters. On it, I would found a new country, where companies could base themselves, free of taxes, in return for providing funds to terraform the surface and develop an artificial ecosystem capable of supporting a small civilizaton.
