Introduction	I have been helping people develop well-mannered dogs for over 15 years. Training should be something that we do with our dogs, not something that we do to them which is why I use Clicker Training as my preferred method of teaching. I am a Certified Professional Dog Trainer through the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers. In addition, I am a registered evaluator for the AKC Canine Good Citizen Program. The major reason dogs end up in humane shelters, re-homed, even euthanized, is due to behavior problems. Behavior problems that could most likely have been prevented if they would have been provided with basic training. Quite literally, training can save a dog's life!
