| Introduction | I'm a 21-year-old college senior studying English and Communication. Currently, I am overweight and not too happy with my outward appearance so I have decided to do something about it. Since I'm an E-Comm major, I figured that best way to get myself motivated was to blog about it. I think if I track my progress then I'll be able to stay with my diet longer than if I wasn't tracking it. My goal is to be 120 lbs. by graduation in May 2009. It's possible if I stay with it! |
