Introduction	I'm a 24 year old that is building her career and trying to build my body in the process. My goal is to lose the fat and gain the muscle. I don't care about dieting, I'm more interested in being healthy and toning. The number on the scale doesn't bother me. I'm tall so it will never be as low as most girls. This year my summer goal is to have a tight tummy, a gap between my thighs, and no jiggle in my arms!
