| Introduction | Soumitra Sengupta is a Founding Director of Lamron Analysts, which specializes in analytics and research in financial market behavior and develops tools to systematically trade the markets across different asset classes. Lamron has been trading the Indian markets since 2006 using proprietary long/short algorithms and has generated returns of 25% annually in that period. He was also a Principal and Investment Manager at Agile Partners Asset Management, a London based firm focusing on applying behavioural tools to invest.
