| Introduction | I've decided to spice up Sunday dinners for an entire year, at least. Upon the suggestion of a friend, I'm going to blog the results of my new adventure for Sunday Dinners Around the World. The reason for my project is three-fold. First, I think it would be fun to try cuisine from countries other than the one we've become accustomed to, day in and day out. The second reason I'm doing this is to make dinners educational, by adding an element or catalyst, if you will, for discussion other than the routine dinner conversation. Even if you have the liveliest of conversations at your dinners, this will be a fun addition to your conversations. And if you sometimes find yourselves just sitting around the table and eating with no conversation, this can be used as the catalyst to liven up your dinners. And the third reason is to educate friends and family about the history of other countries through the use of "Fun Facts" and food; And, to have each member contribute to the fun and education of Sunday Dinners Around the World. |
