Introduction	Chris and I (Erika) met at BYU in 2006, were married in 2007, lived and worked in Salt Lake until the end of 2009 when we moved to Pittsburgh. In 2011 we had Archibald David. Chris graduated from CRNA school in April 2012, Lucy Elizabeth was born in June and in October we moved to Ephraim UT.
