| Introduction | I am a Vietnamese trainee solicitor who is interested in practicing in areas where international business is most likely to involve, including M&A, corporate and commercial matters, foreign investment, and dispute resolution. Currently, I am a 2012 LL.M candidate of the American University, Washington College of Law in Washington DC. My academic specializations are in international business and trade. I plan to work in United States for at least 5 years. After that, I'd like to practice in Singapore or Hong Kong before eventually coming back to Vietnam |
