About me

Introduction	I am a mother of two beautiful girls, Maddisen (age 7) and Emma (age 4). I grew up on a grain farm in Saskatchewan, Canada and completed a Bachelor of Arts Degree(Minoring in Anthropology and English) and a Bachelor of Education Degree ( k-12) on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. I have been teaching preschool for the past few years and opened A Place To Grow preschool in the fall of 2005. I truly love what I do and look forward to each day that I am able to spend sharing my love for learning with my preschoolers.
