| Introduction | It was July of 2001. Without warning my husband came home and announced, "I joined Weight Watchers." My first reaction was, "What am I going to feed him?" After the shock wore off, I began studying nutrition and haven't stopped since. Unlike several of my fictional characters, I'm not a doctor and certainly not qualified to dispense medical advice.
