Never mind the turtle. Don't you think you're sure to win?
If the turtle was given a head start over the rabbit, or Achilles, then he would win: by the time the rabbit, or Achilles, reached where the turtle was, the turtle would have moved further along. So unless I was given a head start over whomever I was racing, I surely would not win: unless I am faster.
