Introduction	We are two professionals (Canadian & Australian) who have been based in Japan for six years. Through the sharing of an avid interest in the development of mobile phone (keitai) use in business models and CRM systems in Japan we decided to co-author this blog. Our interest has developed from the realization that mobile phones are now almost completely ubiquitous in people's lives and that the reliance on the keitai will only further integrate itself deeper within Japanese culture and society.
