Introduction	Armed with a BSc Dietetics, I am currently studying and undertaking my dietetics internship year in and around the Durban area. I am equipped with a notebook, pen and numerous journal articles and websites and I intend to inform individuals about food and health and promote an understanding and change of behaviour regarding food and health. As a "HealthNut", I have a vested interest in improving my own health through diet and exercise and helping inspire other fellow "HealthNuts" to do the same!
