| Introduction | We are room mates in college with an enthusiasm for eating healthy, and submitting to a small budget. Our hopes in creating this is to encourage people that even on a small budget, you can make wise choices in your diet. We also want to try out new recipes and document our adventure in doing so. We are not all strictly vegetarian or vegan, but we explore lots of these options because veggies and fruit make up a larger portion of our diet than meats. Join us in our quest to choose health and budget!!! Fun Facts: Catie is in fact vegan. Marissa plants herbs on our porch. Melanie regularly eats raisins, peanut butter and soy nuts. |
