Introduction	I may be slow, but I am determined! This blog is my training journal of sorts, mixed in with some random thoughts and musings on other topics that interest me. When I'm not training or working, I enjoy traveling (I can't live without at least one big trip a year), spending time with family and friends, and trying out the latest restaurants. And, I can play a mean game of poker and Scrabble too. As they say it's about the journey, not the destination. Welcome to my journey. :-)
